Power Years Africa: Menopause Summit.

“For the first time, I felt like someone was actually speaking to what I’ve been experiencing. The conversations were real, the support was genuine, and I walked away with both understanding and relief. I no longer feel like I have to navigate this phase alone. I cannot wait for the main summit."

A landmark platform redefining how menopause is understood, supported, and experienced across Africa.

This is more than an eventIt is a shift in conversation, awareness, and support for women in their power years.

Why this conversation cannot be ignored.

Menopause affects millions of women across Africa, many of whom are actively contributing to workplaces, families, and leadership spaces.

Yet, it remains one of the least understood and least supported phases of life.

This lack of awareness has real impact:

  • reduced workplace performance
  • increased emotional and mental strain
  • disengagement and silent struggles
  • lack of structured support systems

Organizations that recognize and respond to this reality position themselves as forward-thinking, inclusive, and truly people-centered.
