Corporate emotional intelligence and leadership training designed for measurable behavioral outcomes — for teams achieving on the outside while navigating significant internal pressure.
KeightWellness is a Nairobi-based transformation organization with a global methodology. We work at the intersection of clinical hypnotherapy, emotional intelligence, forensic psychology, and behavioral neuroscience — identifying and rewiring the subconscious patterns behind stress, anxiety, inconsistent performance, and emotional instability.
Our clients are high-functioning individuals, executives, leadership teams, schools, and organizations who are achieving on the outside while navigating significant internal pressure. We address what is actually driving behavior, not just its visible expression.

Art Based Emotional Wellness | Expressive Arts | Creative Self Discovery
At KeightWellness, we believe transformation does not always begin with a conversation. Sometimes it begins with a colour, a shape, a memory, a blank page. You do not need to be an artist — there is no perfect picture to create. The focus is on the experience of creating, reflecting, and discovering.
Professional art therapy is a specialised mental health profession involving art making, psychological theory, and a psychotherapeutic relationship, delivered by appropriately trained and credentialed professionals.
KeightWellness provides creative arts and art based emotional wellness experiences — structured activities such as drawing, painting, collage, and visual storytelling that support reflection, communication, and emotional awareness. Where a programme requires clinical art therapy, we collaborate with appropriately qualified professionals.

Children do not always have the words to explain what they are experiencing — sometimes they draw it. Creative expression can provide a less intimidating entry point into conversations about emotions, identity, relationships, and hopes.
Our age appropriate programmes can support emotional awareness, self expression, communication, confidence, connection, and healthy emotional regulation, focused on wellness and self awareness rather than replacing clinical mental health care.
TeensAdolescence brings shifting identity, relationships, and pressure. Structured creative activities give teens a lower-pressure way to reflect on who they are becoming, express what's difficult to say aloud, and build emotional regulation skills.
Programmes are age appropriate and designed around emotional wellness and positive identity development, not as a substitute for clinical care where that is needed.
AdultsLife can leave people carrying experiences they struggle to articulate. Through guided visual exercises, storytelling, painting, and reflective activities, adults can explore emotions, identity, life transitions, relationships, personal values, and resilience.
At KeightWellness, creative expression is integrated into a broader process of emotional awareness, reflection, and intentional behavioural change.
WomenFor women navigating transitions — career, motherhood, relationships, or personal reinvention — creative expression offers space to process change, reconnect with identity, and explore what renewal looks like on their own terms.
Sessions are guided, reflective, and built around emotional wellbeing rather than artistic outcome.
TeamsCollaborative creative experiences give teams a different way to pause, reflect, and connect — building trust and conversation that everyday work meetings rarely make room for.
These sessions strengthen communication and shared meaning without requiring anyone to be "good at art."
LeadersLeadership development sessions use creative exercises to explore values, emotional intelligence, identity, and the behaviours that shape how a leader shows up for their team.
The goal is greater self awareness that translates into more intentional leadership behaviour.
OrganizationsWorkplaces are made of people, and people bring emotions, stress, relationships, and behavioural patterns to work every day. We integrate creative wellness experiences into employee wellness, team connection, leadership development, culture and behaviour change, retreats, conferences, and broader mental health and wellbeing programmes.
Evidence from workplace settings suggests promise for stress, burnout, and connectedness, though the corporate evidence base is less developed than clinical literature — so we design around realistic, measurable outcomes rather than promising instant transformation.
Our Evidence CommitmentA major World Health Organization review examined more than 3,000 studies and found evidence for the contribution of the arts to health promotion, prevention, and the management of health conditions across the lifespan. Research on structured art therapy has reported promising outcomes in areas including psychological wellbeing, anxiety, depressive symptoms, and emotional expression — though evidence varies by population and intervention.
We do not claim that art alone can diagnose or cure mental health conditions. KeightWellness distinguishes between clinical art therapy, which requires appropriately trained professionals, and our creative arts and emotional wellness programmes, which use structured creative experiences as part of broader emotional wellness and personal development work.
Our goal is not to promise magic. It is to create meaningful experiences that help people understand themselves better, connect more deeply, and make more intentional choices.
What Makes Our Approach DifferentWe don't use creativity simply to keep participants busy. We design experiences around a psychological and behavioural objective — every activity has a purpose, every reflection has a question, every programme has an intended outcome.
Where appropriate, we measure the participant experience before and after the intervention, including emotional awareness, perceived stress, self expression, connection, confidence, and intention to apply learning. For longer programmes, follow-up measures can explore whether changes are sustained beyond the session.

"Most people who struggle are not broken. They are operating from patterns they were never taught to see. When you understand what is actually driving you, change stops being something you force and starts being something that happens naturally."
