JOURNAL / FOLLOW THROUGH
The session is over.
What happens next?
A useful workshop can start a conversation. What the organisation does afterwards deserves equal attention.
Book a discovery callNAIROBI ROOTS. A WIDER CONVERSATION.
01 / CHOOSE
Pick one action people can actually practise.
Ask participants what felt relevant and what they want to try. Keep the action small enough to fit into ordinary work. Avoid turning reflection into another long list of demands.
02 / MAKE ROOM
Check the conditions around the action.
If people need clearer priorities, who will set them? If managers are expected to check in, where will that time come from? A personal commitment needs a workable context.
Book a discovery call03 / REVIEW
Ask what changed without manufacturing a success story.
Agree when to return to the conversation. Ask what was tried, what got in the way and what needs to change. Participant enjoyment, reported usefulness and sustained behaviour change are different things. Describe each honestly.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Start with what is happening.
We can discuss what you need and what the next step could look like.
